Course description:
Course goers will learn to plan for and create a memorable dinner party. They will cover key areas such as selecting a table theme and menu, preparing invites, dinner party etiquette, table settings, catering for guests’ dietary requirements, food preparation and meticulous planning.
Step-by-step instructions will enable participants to feel more confident about their role as host and give them the skills to deliver a seamless event. Course goers will take away useful handouts including formal vs. informal place settings; demystifying dress codes.

Venue:
The course is taught in the Dining Room at Le Manoir Saint Gervais. Participants have the use of various props and equipment. Tea and coffee making facilities are available throughout the day in The Study.
This course is for anyone planning a dinner party who wants to learn the building blocks for a successful event. Basic event management will be covered alongside tips and tricks from the experts. If you hold regular dinner parties you will enjoy our seasonal table settings.
